Julie is the founder, designer, and driving force behind Jam Balloons. With a background in event styling and an obsession with beautiful details, she started the business to bring a higher standard of balloon decor to every type of celebration.
She personally oversees every order — from the initial design consultation to the final installation — ensuring that each event receives the same level of care and creativity she would want for her own celebrations.
